Milling
Selectively remove or ablate the material from the substrate
Milling is a machining process used to selectively remove or ablate the material from the substrate to creat features such as pockets, channels, chamfers or other small 2.5D micro structures.
Our micro milling capabilities:
- Materials: Almost all the materials, metals, glass, quartz, ceramics, polymers,
- Thickness: can be processed on most substrates thickness
- Feature size: Min 5µm
- Complex shapes and micro-level dimension accurancy
- Applied to high demanding industry, such as aerospace, defence, energy, optical and medical machining.
