Micro patterning is a process to selectively remove a layer or multi-layers and make no damage to the underlying substrate. Through this process, we can get many complex patterns and shapes, normally sub-micron level features.

- Materials:ITO glass, metallized ceramics and glasses, coated glass, quartz, silicon, metals, polymers etc.
- Minimum Track Width: 5µm
- Maximum Material Thickness: 0-10mm
- Application: LED display, electronics, opto-electronics, biomedical application, research etc.
